We produce custom flag scarves according to customer specifications. Please ask us. The flag scarf in digital printing is made of our FlagTex polyester fabric in the thickness of 70 grams / m². The standard size is 130x50 cm. Our fabrics are characterized by their good workmanship, a strong tear resistance, the identical slightly glossy coloring and a smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabrics are weatherproof and can be used for indoor and outdoor use. With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce all color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design takes place in the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side in the textile deflector.

The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. This is fixed after the order on the textile with about 180 degrees. The printed image on the back is therefore mirrored. The throughput depends on the grammage of the material used. The color image of the back can be said to be nearly identical. The selected fabrics are also available with the option of flame retardancy. These meet the requirements of EN 13501-1. It is the European successor to the German DIN 4102-B1. The flag scarf is made in the double-industrial seam and convinces in full with a high processing and a corresponding longevity. Custom-made products in special colors, sizes or quantities can be produced on request in our in-house textile factory. Please note the corresponding care instructions.
