The jersey banner in digital printing is made from our flagex polyester fabric 110 grams/m² or our digitex polyester fabric 125 grams/m². Our material bribe through its good workmanship, strong tear resistance, the identical slightly shiny coloring and smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabric is weatherproof and can be used for the in -and outdoor area. With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce any color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design takes place in the CMYK process and is on one side on one side in the textile directive onto the fabric. The ink used is water -based and consequently environmentally friendly. After the order, this is fixed to the textile with about 180 degrees. The print image on the back is therefore mirror -inverted.
The printing width of our systems and thus the seamless production is 310 cm. If larger dimensions are required, a color -coordinated seam is added. The jersey banner is provided with double industrial seam on the edge. The lanes are also sewn with a double industrial seam as cap suture.
Of course we offer our jersey banner with different clothing options. The jersey banner can be provided with a stock tape on the back. In addition, eyelets, ribbons or carrying can be attached every meter.
Our substances used fulfill the property of the flame trameness according to EN 13501-1. It is the European follow-up of the German DIN 4102-B1.
