The swing flag in digital print is made from our selected Flagtex polyester fabrics in weights of 70 grams/m² and 110 grams/m². Our fabrics stand out for their excellent processing, strong tear resistance, identical slightly glossy coloration, and smooth surface structure. Additionally, the fabrics are weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor areas.
The 110 grams/m² fabric is ideal for flags up to a size of 4x4 meters. The material exhibits high robustness, particularly advantageous in tight standing areas. Due to the higher weight of the material, the print on the backside may differ for pale colors. We refer to this as color penetration of 95%.
The 70 grams/m² material has a strong color image on both the front and back sides, with a 99% match of the color image. The fabric boasts perfect swinging properties.
With our textile direct printing machines, we are capable of reproducing any color values, photos, and color gradients brilliantly. The color design is done in the CMYK process and is applied unilaterally to the fabric through textile direct printing. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. It is fixed onto the fabric at approximately 180 degrees after application. The print on the back is consequently mirrored.
The printing width of our machines, and thus seamless production, is 310 cm. If larger dimensions are required, a color-matched seam is added.
The flag hem on the left side is adjusted to the color scheme of the entire flag and is seamlessly tailored not only tone in tone but precisely to the graphic design of the flag. The end of the flag hem is closed and accordingly reinforced.
The FlagTex polyester fabric is manufactured in accordance with EN 13501-1 for low flammability. This is the European successor standard to the German DIN 4102-B1.
